UK Shipping.

 

All orders placed before 12pm on weekdays will be dispatched the same day, we aim for your order to arrive between 1-4 working days depending on your chosen delivery option. All orders will be sent via Royal Mail and shipping options will be calculated at the checkout. You have the following delivery options.

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class - From £1, not tracked. Royal Mail delivery aim 2-3 working days.

  • Royal Mail 1st Class - From £2, not tracked. Royal Mail delivery aim 1 working day.

  • Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class - From £2.50, tracked and signed. Royal Mail delivery aim 3 working days.

  • Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class - From £3, tracked and signed. Royal Mail delivery aim 1 working day.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 - From £4.50, fully tracked and signed. Royal Mail delivery aim 24 hours.

EU & International Shipping.

 

Important: Please check all import taxes for EU and International orders.

All orders placed before 12pm on weekdays will be dispatched the same day, Royal Mail delivery estimates for Europe 3-5 working days and International 6-7 working days. All orders will be sent via Royal Mail and shipping options will be calculated at the checkout. You have the following delivery options.

  • Royal Mail International Standard - From £4, this service is not tracked.

  • Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - From £9, fully tracked and signed.

Due to the current situation some orders may take longer to arrive due to mail service delays.

Returns.

 

Hopefully you will be happy with your order, but if the need arises to return an item please see the following info:

  • Contact us on hello@household-studio.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your request to return

  • If your request is confirmed we will advise the returns address

  • Please return the item unused in the original packaging in a saleable condition, if possible please reuse the original postal packaging

  • We cannot cover the postal cost of returning an item unless damaged or faulty

  • Obtain a proof of postage certificate as we cannot refund products damaged or lost

  • Once received and reviewed the refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt, this can take up to 5 days after the refund is processed to show in your account depending on your bank.
